We arrange an Energy Assessment
If you’re eligible we will need to conduct an energy assessment on your property. This will last 1 hour and we will require access to all areas of your property, including your loft.
We outline your Energy Efficiency Improvement options
After completion of the energy assessment, we will provide you with a summary of the
energy efficiency improvements* that could be installed on your home.
*Improvements proposed are subject to funding criteria and property suitability
We help you select your Improvements
We’ll support you in making your selection on improvements and answer any questions
you may have to help you make an informed decision.
We Install your Improvements
A dedicated customer care team member will be assigned and be your contact
throughout the installation process. They will provide advice, support and
agree a suitable date for the improvements to be installed.
You Enjoy the Benefits
On completion, we will ensure you’re happy with all works and provide you with the
relevant advice for you to maximise the benefits of your improvements. We will also
provide you with all relevant warranties, guarantees, and aftercare documentation.
We make sure everything is ok
We will follow up with 1-month, 6-month and 12-month check-ins,
where we will also provide you with further advice or deal with any queries you may have.
